Geothermal Heating and Cooling Terminology
Geothermal Energy Efficiency Ratio
The energy efficiency ratio or E.E.R is a metric used to quantify a geothermal heating and cooling system's cooling efficiency. The greater the energy effiency ratio, the lower the energy costs of operating the system and the greater its efficiency.
